Minimum order quantity is 50 sets of any products and your total order must fulfill a 20’DC. We can accept of mixing up to 8 designs per FCL. However, this is just a general rule. Please contact us for any special order or request.

You can order pottery at any time, but our delivery time is up to your quantity and models. Normally, it takes us about 35-60 days in low season (February to September) and 60-70 days in high season (October to January). For urgent order, please feel free to let us know.

We accept following payment methods unless discussed and agreed otherwise:
-Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight: L/C opening charge will be at applicant side (Buyer)
-Telex Transfer (T/T): 30% advance deposit and the remaining upon receiving copy of shipping documents by email or fax. Bank transfer charge will be at sender.

A shipping agent or a freight forwarder selected by customers. They offer all-in-one service including ocean freight from Vietnam, customs clearance, and truck delivery to customer’s door.

Upon request, we will recommend an agent with the best rate and best services that we have good experience with.

Yes, We always recommend that you have insurance cover over your shipment. To insure a container of Pottery is cheap only around 0.2% of the FOB price of the goods. Very Cheap for peace of mind.

Customers allow the breakage up to 3% of the total value of the pots.
Please take the pictures of all broken pot. We will credit all the broken value of excess of 3% to the customer and you can claim it from the insurance company too. Normally the average breakage percentage when the container delivered is less than 1%

We make and sell premium quality Vietnamese pottery from our factories in Binh Duong, South of Vietnam. Our products are outdoor glazed and unglazed pots, planters, vases, urns and water fountains. We supply many sizes of pots including very large and tall size vases and urns. We offer a variety of amazing colors for outdoor garden world with weather resistance.

Yes. Many of our customers require custom designs, from the largest importer to a small designer. Either they are derivatives of our designs or they are new and proprietary designs that are only manufactured for that customer. You can send us a working sample, a CAD drawing, and we can estimate whether we can do it or not.
